"10/10 from the from staff to the mechanics, everyone was super nice ! When I call without my secret number, they are willing and patient to look me up by name , I love this place! If I have any other damage, no question on who I want taking care of my car. Any change that occurred my mechanic was emailing and making sure I was okay and updated along the way (you rock Carroll) Best body shop in Richmond ! Also my car was sparking better than it was when I brought it from the Honda dealership when I picked it up, I’m so grateful for Bruce’s ! Thank you guys so much ."

"Went her to get an estimate on fixing my F-350 after a lady ran a stop sign and plowed into the driver's side door. The staff was courteous and quick to look at my truck.Have an appointment for Monday to drop truck off for repair. I'll be posting more after the truck is repaired."
"Great place to take my 2018 Camaro SS! Kyle and his co-workers treated my car with respect unlike my experience with another shop (see my previous reviews). I had paint done (some of it was to correct my previous bad experience) on the front bumper and ground effects installed on my Camaro. I also had side rocker stripes installed. Kyle, the Manager was very understanding of what body work and installations I wanted to have done on my car. He answered all of my questions and said it was okay to reach out at any time. My car was also left in the condition that it was received, which was clean. I told him how particular I was about my car and he said he would take care of it, and he did. A few years ago I had my bumper redone on my 2014 Dodge dart, and I had no issues post visit either, so wanted to add this here too! I recommend this place to anyone with an upper end car, and actually if you care about your car being taken care of. And I honestly would visit again."
