"Literally walked in here saying idk how to sew I need guidance and brought what I needed fixed with me they just sold me some products and didn’t offer me any tips or tricks on how to accomplish what I was doing. I’m sitting at home super frustrated when I came in for help and some tips. I’ll just use YouTube since brick and mortar stores don’t seem to care and offer customer service. No one else was in the store but me so they had the time to ask additional questions to figure out what my concern was and help me. They weren’t mean but they didn’t offer much seemed nervous or scared to help me and I’m annoyed."
"The name of the store is deceiving. Be advised they only work on and or repair baby lock. So do not waste your time an energy taking any other machine to their store."
"This is the best sewing store ever! The selection of sewing machines to embroidery machines and sergers is great! Everybody knows the machines! Avery is the bomb at showing the capabilities of all the machines! The classes that are offered are exceptional! Doesn't matter if your beginner or experienced this store is great! The knowledge and experience in this store can help you accomplish any project your working on! And everyone is so friendly which is extra nice!"
"Been a customer for many years. Staff are very warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. I've purchased 2 Baby Lock sewing machines and an embroidery machine. I sew an awful lot. Their servicing of machine is awesome. I recommend everyone to them. They are the best and have never disappointed me. All Brands, you ROCK!!!!!!!"
