"My refrigerator was not cooling and I needed a technician to come and look at it. I contacted Mr. Appliance and a technician named David came out to diagnose the problem. He ordered the parts and had to return at a later date. A second technician by the name of Chris came today and replaced the parts. He told me it will take 8 hours for the refrigerator to cool. He got the refrigerator up and running in no time. Both technicians were very nice, professional and prompt! I also like the fact that Mr. Appliance will send you a text with a picture and name of your technician along with your scheduled date and time frame. I'll see in 8 hours how my refrigerator is running and provide an update. Needless to say, I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance for any of your appliance service repair needs!"
"Service Professional, Branden, was one of the best I have dealt with. For the diagnostic call, he quickly determined the issue and provided a thorough explanation of our options. He returned a couple of days later with the proper part and quickly installed it. For both service visits, he was a head of schedule and had the office to call to confirm coming early would not be an issue."
"Outstanding experience working with Mr. Appliance! Technician was right on time and diagnosed the issue with the refrigerator quickly. A part was going to be required that might take some time to get, but the technician located one locally and came back later that afternoon to install and get us back up and running on the same day!!! Just overall amazing customer service and going above and beyond to help us out. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance!"
