"Was the third appointment of the day,was there for 2 HOURS!!!! Had to wait 40 minutes to have blood drawn after doctors visit which was not the blood drawers fault. What really upset me was she was trying to explain to me some collection procedures, a RN rudely interrupted her saying she needed the room. Have been going to Dr. Raza for 20 years he's GREAT,but this was my worst visit ever"

"I an appointment recently to see Dr.Raza .Upon arrival Katie was very helpful and friendly at Check In. Very efficient.Reception area very clean and they are following all the Covid Guidelines. Kala called me back to be checked in before seeing Dr Raza.She asked how I was feeling. She took care of all the preliminary check in with checking my weight, blood pressure , oxygen, reviewing my medicine She is always friendly and puts you at ease if you are feeling a bit anxious. She took me back to the waiting room to wait for Dr Raza. When he arrived he was friendly and ready to listen to my complaints. He always does his best to make me comfortable and checks out my complaints. He is very professional and caring. He sent me to the lab and the lab Technician is very efficient and friendly. I received a call the next day from Terry with my lab results and was told about the change in my medication to help the problem. I went to Check Out and Laura made my next appointment for me. She accommodated me with the day and time that suited me best. I am very thankful for Peters Creek Physicians and Staff. I feel like I am in good and caring hands when I go there. I would highly recommend them to anyone desiring to receive excellent care in a friendly environment. Joyce Sisson"

"I absolutely have enjoyed going to this office for almost a year now, I see Chelsey Burnette, the FNP, and so does my fiancé. Her attention to detail and overall positive attitude is the only reason we continue to go to the office. All the medical staff I've dealt with is lovely, I can NOT say the same thing about the office staff. The lady that answers the phones, and checks us in, is nothing short of RUDE to me and my fiancé every time we call/check in. I always apologize if I mis-hear something, I spell my name because it's hard to hear with masks, etc. I hope that there is an office manager that can reach out to me."

"Wurst doctor I've ever seen!!! He was rude and inconsiderate.. I made an appt with Dr. Raza as a new patient.. You could tell immediately he was not interested in me as a new patient.. he didn't want to be bothered with me or my health concerns.. He treated me with disrespect and arrogance!! I walked out on the appointment after I asked him for a referral and he told me that wasn't his job that I needed to make my own appointments!! I will never go there again and highly encourage any one seeking a new doctor to go somewhere else!!! He's awful!!!!!!! The staff at the office were all very friendly and nice! It's a shame his attitude and disrespect ruins the whole office experience!!"
