"Worst care I ever been given telling me passing out multiple times that it’s normal and my baby will come when he so choose absolutely no help what so ever would not recommend for ob care what so ever"
"I had surgery on September 6th, 2023. The surgery went very well and after my visit with my OBGYN Specialist today, I was so grateful with the extended results and my exam. The front desk lady is extremely nice as she has a great personality, and the entire staff has a great and positive attitude too, serve their patient with quality, respectfulness, and kindness. Even when I was sick, going to the clinic made me feel better. Management is very concerned about your health, they want you to be able to have a good life. They treat patients very extremely nice, today I felt tears of joy come to my eyes as the nurse offer me a hug out of kindness. I was very ill, to the point of ending up at the ER twice for blood transfusions, but the ER staff were very great and I'm so thankful that they were able to save me from what I was going through."
"Let me tell you this is the worst GYN office you could go to. The appointment schedulers are uneducated about how to prepare the patients for procedures, the nurses/doctors give no directions for aftercare for the same serious procedures. Then when you need to follow up after being TRAUMATIZED by these people they will give you the run around when you try to get an appointment. The staff have been rude to me on several occasions -including today- regarding my questions. This is why female health is left by the wayside -because of cold, insensitive people who don't care for the patients."
"Was given more than 2 years run around for absolutely nothing. I had Dr. Rakes, Dr. Perry, and met Dr. Sullivan each beyond my control (meaning the clinic randomly gives me new doctors). Today I waited 4 months from my previous appointment to see Dr.Perry...and felt unheard and dismissed when a resident and a medical student came into my exam room. If neither doctors wanted to help me, why did they waste 2 plus years of my time? I've never had consistency, and playing the run around is their game. Also in my chart, it says I'm hearing impaired. I had to ask multiple times to get the staff to wear a clear face mask or drop their mask down so I could lip read. It wasn't a joke, I have never been so disrespected in my life.. And staffs here keep interacting, baby talking, and asking to pet to my service dog. I hate it here so much. Do not come to this clinic."
"If I could rate lower, I would. Appointment was made for 8:15 am. I was shown in fairly quickly. They asked some questions, got my history (why do we fill out all those forms for them to not even look at them and ask all the same questions that is on it is beyond me, but just about every place I've been is like this. Annoying, but par for the course). Then I was told it would be just a few minutes and to go ahead and change into the smock and drape myself with the sheet they left. So I did. And I waited. And waited. *For 30 minutes, by myself, in nothing but that.* I got myself dressed and went to the receptionist to reschedule. By this point it was 9:45. I had another appointment to get to that was across town, and now that it had been an hour and a half I was pushing it. While rescheduling the nurse and PA came back and talked me back into the current appointment. I did, reluctantly. The rest took maybe 10 minutes and I was very uncomfortable because of how this had gone so far. Now when I was leaving they had to get me to sign a form of release for my records from past doctors. I did, and started to leave. I hear a doctor call out for a "Mrs. Henderson" several times. I didn't realize she was talking to me as that is no where near as close to my name. She caught up to me and said there was one more release I needed to sign, and it was then that I realized she meant me. I did inform her that my last name is not, in fact, Henderson. The entire experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. I will not be making a follow-up appointment here. And I will never step foot here again."
