"Was told this office was closing and was referred to another office, only to find out that didn't happen. I had good results there. But did find someone else that helps!"
"My daughter was being seen by Dr C and has been making good progress then several weeks ago we received a call canceling her visit. When I tried to reschedule her visit. I got a recording stating that the office was no longer seeing patients and to obtain medical records I was to contact a law. What is going on.? My daughter has been abandoned. Medication which has been helping will no longer be filled. ????????? I thought it was unethical if not illegal for a physician to abandon a patient.!!!!!!"
"I have been followed by Dr. C for many years. He has treated me with great respect and in a caring manner at each visit. My hope is to be able to stay onboard with Dr C once he relocates. Dr. C is a great and caring physician VJP"
"In office last week. I was forced to switch to Dr. C, he seemed to not care at all about my pain situation in anyway. Quite frankly, it seemed as though he had made his mind up of his course of action as far as my treatment plan before I entered the exam room & without regard to what I thought or the feelings of my other doctors. Dr. Dean always listened & earnestly tried to relieve his patients' pain, when he couldn't he left you feeling that he hated your suffering as much as you did. The concern he showed was sincere. Dr. C. told me that "he & Dr. Dean do things differently". Truer words were never spoken. Gone was the caring doctor, he was replaced by one who greets you with a fixed condicending smile & delivers his conclusions as far as your future treatment are concerned in a cold & unfeeling manner. The entire feel of the office has changed. I'm sure this office has had a hard time with the recent events however, the way I was treated made me lose faith that they were concerned at all with my health & quality of life. I hope at some point they recover because feeling assured that you are a priority & that you can trust your doctors to deliver consistent care is very important to those of us whose lives are already made difficult by the struggles with pain & disabilities. Hopefully in the future they will realize what set them apart & get back to who we know them to be. L.T."
