"The building and facilities are nicer/cleaner than most urgent cares, but they are always short staffed, impacting wait times and level of care. Making an appointment ahead of time means absolutely nothing regarding your wait time or when you’ll be seen. Would not recommend. Edited my original review because the few physician's that do work there are nice."

"I was so happy to have found Velocity Urgent Care. Its location was so convenient, there’s a parking garage too. Then you are greeted by a friendly yet professional staff. The nurses/medical assistants and doctor were caring and diagnosed my problem quickly and I left the facility with a prescription in hand and greatly relieved. Thank you!"

"Dr. Denny was fantastic.. and the wait time was reasonable. The new building is also very nice, with plenty of convenient parking. I will definitely return for a future appointment! Having the ability to schedule an appointment over the phone or in person is the one thing that needs to be improved. People who came in and were unable to be seen as walk-ins were told they could not schedule an appointment for the next day… they would have to go on line. For someone who is feeling poorly already, elderly, or may just not be great with a computer, this creates unnecessary additional stress."

"Great experience our first time! Loved being able to schedule an appointment without having to call at 8am and try repeatedly to get through like most urgent care places. Staff was very friendly and we were in and out in less than an hour for both kids."

"The front desk associate (woman) was so Kind and helpful. I was having technological Issues with the website and she helped me so that I did not have to redo my license and insurance cards. I was in and out in about an hour with a diagnosis and treatment plan which is exceptional and definitely unexpected. My PA provider was very Caring and asked the right questions. I feel confident that I received excellent medical care! Thank you very much!"
