"After months of ignoring an ingrown toenail (my first one, and I’m 30 years old). Tried everything, even my own botched “surgery,” it just wouldn’t go away. I finally went to see Elaine. She’s definitely good at what she does. She managed to get the impacted area removed down to the root. As far as the guy in the prior review who said that he had to pay by check..nonsense. I payed with a Mastercard. Overall, I enjoyed talking to Elaine, shes pretty chill. And the fact that my toe is all better is a lifesaver. It was pretty infected prior to seeing her and I’d wake up in throbbing pain. I attached a photo of my toe to show you before I went to her; thing was definitely bad. All better now!"

"If you like living in 1988 where the only way to pay your bill is via phone or mail a check, then go here. I physically drove to the office to pay my bill, and was told by the front desk person that I'd have to wait because "there is no front desk person". Literally made attempts to pay my bill in person and was refused. Never going here again."
