"awful. waited over an over for my SCHEDULED appointment. scheduled an appointment over the phone got here, said they wouldn’t take me back until ONE bill was payed. now sitting here for an hour after paying the bill."

"There are signs all over the windows. On a banner on the building stating that this is a walk-in clinic, but the receptionist sitting behind the desk with a couple of other people stated that they're currently only taking appointments. So get rid of the signs and change your advertisement."

"Unreal. Im a local CNA with an 8yr old little boy with Autism. My son started a sore throat lastnight and woke up with it 10 times worst. We have gone from place to place to place because no one takes medicaid and his primary pedatrics office is booked. This is the only urgent care that takes medicaid aside from Gainesville Paitent 1st. I was reffered here by another urgent care that did not take his medicaid. I walk into this "WALK IN" Medical Clinic with a big O P E N sign on the front door and the lobby entirely empty. These two women at the desk took one look at me and ooened the sliding window to talk. Instantly they should of said they werent taking appointments if thats the truth. However after I exspalined why I was there then they dryly just aaid we arnt taking any appointments. So why the hell is your walk in clinic sign open and your doors unlocked if thats the truth??? They didnt even bother to reffer me anywhere else to take my 8 yr old little boy after i said this was the 4th place we drove to today. We been in the care since 10am . Its now 216pm. What amazing customer service . I work in the health field. Ill be contacting higher up you can bet on it. Seems more like they didn't want to deal with a special needs child Paitent!!!"

"This practice was the turning point for my son. The NP and staff were kind and compassionate and helped us sort his many medical issues. They still represent him and help find the best speciality care that he requires. I have since brought my great grandmother and the care was the same. Compassionate and direct. If it wasn't for the NP taking his time and listening to my concerns I am not sure where we would be. I am forever grateful. Thank you."

"Really impressed with this office. Short wait times, nice people. I found them about 3 months ago when my son needed a sports physical and was impressed with how thorough they were. Since then we are using them for everything. Very pleased so far."
