Oh, I almost forgot to mention that no one answers the phone 9/10 times (during normal business hours) and they won't call you back even if you leave a message."

However the level of customer service and getting staff to simply return phone calls is abysmal. This sadly has become a very poor example of local business taking care of their customers. Because of repeated disappointment with their professional performance, I will be taking my business elsewhere and encouraging others to do the same."
