"I had an issue that I felt needed urgent attention. My primary gyno could not see me immediately to handle my situation. I called Falls Church Healthcare Center in the morning to make an appointment. I had to complete my insurance information online and call back the following day. A woman immediately helped schedule an appointment for me. There happened to be an available appointment that same day. She checked to make sure my procedure could be done with my insurance and quickly confirmed I was good to go. She was extremely friendly and took extra steps to help me get seen. Her name starts with an E or I [it has slipped my mind]. At the clinic, you must leave your phone in a locker as they are not allowed back in the rooms. This is for safety and privacy, which I greatly appreciate. My procedure was difficult, as was to be expected, and NP Jennifer and her team went above, beyond, and into outer space to make sure I got through it with the least amount of pain. I am very thankful to them. Everyone is kind. The facility is clean. I felt safe. Without doubt they actually care and are invested in their mission. Five stars. Period."

"All of the staff I encountered were very kind and helpful and I was surprised at how nice the facilities were on the inside. On a couple of occasions I have seen threatening protestors pacing in front of the building while driving by but I was lucky not to encounter them on either of my visits. It was nice to see that they try their best to accommodate Spanish speaking patients as well. Their pricing was very reasonable. All around I am very grateful to have them nearby."

"After waiting a day to process everything I decided to write a review which I normally don't do. I was recommended by a friend that got services done here a few years ago. So I already knew that they could be trusted. The prices for all the services were discussed with me over the phone and were clear and honest when I made my appointment. I drove about 30mins to get there. I parked in the garage in the back and was able to find the room easily. I wasn't sure what to expect, at the time I felt that the receptionists were a little short with patients but thinking back the environment alone is a little uncomfortable emotionally just due to the reason for visit. They did have a very nice woman that walked through checking on everyone toward the end of my visit, I do feel like they need to have more support in that way. I was comfortable there but it was clear that a few were upset and sad, but didn't want to step outside. It was reassuring to see that woman comfort her and ask if she wanted to be in a more private setting. The staff that I had contact with were all nice and very informative about the service and answered any questions. The doctor that gave me my medications was very honest about my lab work,results and any questions I had for him directly and showed seriousness about follow up call. I felt like he very much cared. Medication worked as expected, uncomfortable but not more then doctor or information suggested. I will most likely be back for normal services and routine care."
