"The actual Therapy sessions are good but the billing and reception clerk has some very serious problems. I verified with my Insurance Company that She was over billing my account. I gave her a letter asking to stop automatic card payments and she did another auto payment a few minutes later anyway. I confronted her with the issue and acted very confrontational and unprofessional. She spoke to me very loudly in the open office saying I was unprofessional and rude when in fact it was her behavior that was not acceptable. Overpayments still not resolved. BEWARE."
