"Disgusting attitude towards children. Cannot take any criticism, even from children- she will yell at them for simply saying "sorry i dont trust you". She made my daughter cry for simply saying that at our first appointment- our first time meeting Dr. Tingling and she yelled at my daughter calling her disrespectful for simply remarking that she didnt feel that she trusted the dentist- my daughter has never been to the dentist and Dr. Tingling failed to introduce herself- she then yelled at my daughter continuing her unprofessional unprovoked yelling and demanded my daughter to sit properly in the dental chair. Shes 6 years old, and is crying and is scared. When i went to comfort her- she continued to demand that she sit properly and she turned to me and said that she demanded respect in her office. I was in total and utter disbelief. They scheduled me another appointment and then called me a week later to cancel apparently because the Dr. is unable to work with my daughter due to the previous interactions. Really unprofessional from top to bottom. You yourself need to work on patience. The dental assistants were patient and amazing- the whole appointment was great until Dr. Tingling came in with her attitude."
