"Have utilized this Inova Healthplex many times for various purposes (ER, xray, mri services - all unrelated!!) over the past year. The staff at all levels are amazing!! I found front desk admin, attending physicians, and xray technicians all to be welcoming, attentive, and down-to-earth people. The facility itself is very clean (thanks cleaning crew!!), new, and user-friendly. Always seems empty with plenty of parking but perhaps this has just been my luck? So grateful to have facility and its staff in our community!"

"Rude staff in the billing department. Beware of receiving 2 different bills from different providers for the same procedure. Also, be mindful that they do not reach out to your insurance for an amount that the patient owes as they state. They actually wait a month to contact your insurance after advising you of some random lowball figure. I was told they contacted my insurance and would only have to pay $389. Well they never contacted my insurance and then billed me for $2,000. Do not go here if you can!"
