"Unfortunately, I found the practice to be quite unorganized and lacking communication. They make you show up even though the appointment is not necessary. On a positive note, the rooms were clean, but I felt uncomfortable with the broken blinds or gaps in the windows, which they expected me to get undressed front of. This experience left me with mixed feelings. I will continue to see them till I can find a better practice close to me."

"Terrible customer service. My family has been going for years and front desk was always nice and Dermatologist very good. Until I saw Priscilla who didn’t seem to know what she was doing, pretended to give us treatment while holding an open canister of nitrogen on top of my son to the point I had to intervene the treatment. Talk to the front desk and explained the situation and since they are all nice they booked me next week to redo the treatment with no additional charges. Except they made a mistake and charged me for 2 separate visits. I spoke with Erin, the Ashburn manager who refused to remove the charges or even tried to understand the issue. Even though she was a manager and was not present in the room, she kept insisting the treatment was done appropriately, completely deaf to what was reporting. Zero accountability. That’s how they treat their loyal customers, like we are making stuff up to get out of paying $100 which makes no sense when my family has already happily dropped $1000s of dollars at their practice. I have to say it will be a pain moving my entire family to another practice, but can’t deal with another Erin or another Priscila anymore. Not worth my time."

"Updates: Even though i had met PA first to fast process to see Dr. Maragh and get the treatment right away. They again scheduled me another consultation. I wonder if i will ever get the treatment. ------ So hard to schedule. Literally, the earliest appointment i can schedule with Dr. Maragh is April which is 4 months away. I had to see PA but they weren't helpful. I was expecting to see the doctor and do the same day procedure but they had me wait for availability which is months away. My PA also really rushed during consultation."

"Came here after my teenager waited weeks for an appointment at another office just to be informed that they had cancelled her appointment without notifying me. Maragh fit her in same day and made her very comfortable during her appointment. My only gripe is that she's 15 and I felt like the Dr. talked to me more than her and she is perfectly capable of speaking for herself. However, she really liked the Dr and the office and that's really the most important thing. I am just eternally grateful that they got her in when she was so uncomfortable and devastated about the other appointment."

"EXCELLENT! I inquired on their website and was given a price easily. I was scheduled the following day! Upon arrival the staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. The check in process was quick and easy, even for being a new patient. The medical staff was just as pleasant. I was greeted very kindly and asked about my day. The doctor was amazing. She answered all my questions thoroughly and had me in and out. They are not in network with my insurance but totally worth every penny. Most quick and efficient office I've ever been to."
