"Talked to Carlos on the phone to make some changes to my policy and send me a new card since mine expired. Hebwas extremely professional, and very prompt with his responses, and although the website was a bit slow that day to load information, and I had meetings all day at work, he continued to work on it while I was at meetings and when I was finished I checked my email and had a new card already there. He called me the next day to update me thay my payment went down, and contract was in my email inbox, all before I even started my day. He is efficient, does not put you off when u get off the phone with him like other companies do and you have to follow up.
