"I believe we have been going to whole child for two years now. I completely understand that they have multiple doctors and you are not guaranteed to see the same one each time, however, each time we go for an appointment the doctor will introduce themselves like they’ve never met us before. Even though we have seen them quite a few times already and know their name etc. There is nothing personalized about this office . We feel very formal and like strangers each time we go which is sad. Please refer to their yelp reviews because they can actually filter their google reviews. I am calling their office tomorrow morning to ask that they send my children’s records to a new office because we are done with them. My daughter gets frequent uti’s. The last time she had one and we went to this office, we were told original testing was negative and to wait for the culture and that most like she did not have one. So my daughter is just making up these symptoms and crying for no reason? We’ll come to find out they called us days later. Days after my child has been displaying exact uti symptoms to say the culture came back and she had a uti. We still stayed with them. This time we came back and I asked for a referral to a specialist. I was told there was no need and to get an X-ray because it’s constipation most likely causing these symptoms. What a joke. We went and got the X-ray and I was told we would get a call back by then end of the day. They completely forgot LOL. I had to call them after hours. The doctor never called us. I spoke to their nurse. They didn’t even care enough to call us back. They said the X-ray showed moderate constipation. Told me to do miralax. I guarantee the culture will come back and my daughter will then be put on antibiotics. Yet this entire time since Thursday she has been suffering. It’s now Sunday. She hasn’t been able to go to school because of how uncomfortable it is. This practice could care less and there is way too much competition in the area to keep bothering with them."

"First and foremost, the staff here is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The doctors here are not only knowledgeable but also patient considering I have seen every doctor in the office. They take the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. The office itself is clean and child-friendly, with a well-equipped play area that keeps little ones entertained while waiting. They even have a separate sick-child waiting area to minimize the risk of spreading illnesses, which shows their commitment to health and safety. Appointments are easy to schedule, and ive never had to wait long to be seen."

"My kids love this practice, Dr Russow is awesome with them, we have seen 3 different doctors there for sick visits and everyone is friendly, caring and take their time with the concerning symptoms ❤️ Thank you for all you do!"

"Sorry but I had to give this place a one star. I called this place in search of a new doctor for my children and they will not take my children as new patients because I won’t vaccinate them further than what they already are. I think that is a personal decision and no child should be refused to be seen because their parent does not want to put poison in their child. I places that makes decisions like that makes me feel as if they don’t put the child first."

"Dr. Russo is amazing! Can’t say enough good things: kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. She takes so much time explaining things to both the kids and the parents. We love her. We’ve also seen other doctors for short notice sick visits and they’ve all been great as well. The front desk staff is lovely and helpful and has always gotten us scheduled for both wellness and sick visits. Highly recommend !"
