"I just had the worst experience at this podiatry office. I had an appointment and arrived 30 minutes earlier. I was met by the receptionist, “Stephanie”, and this woman had a bad attitude responding to my questions very abrupt and disrespectful! This woman appeared in a bad mood and very unhappy to be working here. She challenged everything that I asked her in a negative manner. I was actually very professional at first trying to deal with this this woman, however, after thinking for short time, I went back to window and asked her to return all my medical first visit documents I had filled out prior to this appointment. I informed her I would not stay and deal with her bad attitude! After all, this woman is the clients first contact/face we see and that alone sets the pace of client’s impression for the duration of that day’s appointments! Needless to say, I will not be returning back to see the doctor my primary care physician referred me to. I will proceed to make a complain to my insurance and primary care MD. I believe no client should have to put up with this behavior from any receptionist. This definitely should be addressed by her immediate supervisor or doctors working there!"

"Dr Kushlak did excellent surgery on my foot. However the receptionist Wendy was rude and arrogant and very unpleasant,when I was trying to ask for an appointment. She needs to retire. Mean responses to seniors in need for help is not acceptable!"

"I had my first appointment with Dr. Paul Kushlak today. I found him informative, compassionate, easy to communicate with and understand. He spent the appropriate amount of time going over my history and addressing my current problems with feet.. I did not feel rushed. I also appreciate the information sheet that I was sent home with for stretching. I will go back to this clinic. I also was greeted very friendly by Becky and complimented for my handwriting as she looked over my new client paperwork and insurance cards. Everyone that I saw was professional and respectful. As a matter of fact, many of the other clients seemed to have great interactions with the desk staff."
