"Was prescribed medication for what was thought to be a vestibular migraine. Had a very bad reaction to the medication, lucky to be alive. Called the office to seek guidance and a possible medication change and what could have been the issue. NEVER received a callback, but of course they are able to send me a bill in the mail for my appointment. They don't care about your health, just want to do numerous tests, bill you, and then throw you on medication to mask the problem."

"BEWARE of needing to cancel an appointment with this outfit! I had an appointment with them, and I also had a husband (now deceased) in a nursing home. I cancelled because he was being admitted to hospital. Explaining the situation to the nurse when cancelling and asking about the cancellation fee, she ASSURED me that under the circumstances I would not be billed. Later, I received a bill for $85.00. YES! $85.00! I called and left a voice mail twice to speak to someone in the office about this. They couldn't be bothered with the courtesy of a call back. Rather than getting another bill, I called to make a payment by phone and was advised of an additional charge for making the payment by phone. So, Neurologic Associates Plc, your $85.00 check is in the mail!"

"Treatment for mild traumatic brain injury was not consistent. They don't check on you to get you appointments to track your progress. Never call back. Appointments are hard to get over the phone. Drug companies cater them lunch from what desk staff told me. You can guess what that means. They don't listen to concerns."

"This Doctors office was extremely RUDE… I drove over an hour from where I live to the Winchester area which I’m NOT familiar with to arrive 10 mins behind my scheduled appointment time to be told that I was 12 mins late & couldn’t be seen that it’s policy!!! Two mins so they said what’s caused me to not be able to be seen…. I don’t understand why places are so RUDE & INCONSIDERATE to people these days for someone to drive OVER AN HOUR TO BE RIGHT AT THE “POLICY LIMIT FOR TIME” To be turned away with gas prices as high as they are & to have to travel all that way!!! DON’T RECOMMEND AT ALL"
