"I would give a 0 if I could. The WORST place ever. RUN!!!! I can’t say all the staff were terrible a few stood out to honestly care but were scared to speak up. Social Worker Tiffany if she truly is a social worker is nothing but excuses and lies. The Administrator ( Trisha) Who even know who that is I had one woman that answered one email and told me she just started and get this had been on vacation already lol and after that absolutely no help no email response whatsoever like she didn’t work there or didn’t care . I could go on for hours on the treatment my mother received but I won’t just a fair warning to run! I feel so sorry for the actual patients that can’t speak of for themselves…. Luckily my mom could. I have reported everything in hopes it may save At least one…I wish I had read the reviews ( the real ones from family members not the staff members making this place seem great ) before hand instead of listening and believing the lies I was told about this facility…"

"I had to make a decision back in May of this year for my mother. Her well being is of the most importance to me and we were struggling to take care of her at home due to her dementia. She was in and out of the hospital and seeing various Drs until Rose Hill came into our path. Rose Hill has offered a regular routine and safe place which has been beneficial to her wellness and has given us peace of mind in this season of our lives. The sweet staff has been amazing! So kind, caring and communicative. I’m beyond grateful!"

We take time to get to know all of our residents and form a personal bond with each of them.
