"I recently went through the process of cataract surgeries with my father. From the first step, and throughout the entire process, we were only met with friendly, professional service. Unlike some of your patients, I had recently walked through this process with someone else at a different provider and was absolutely not impressed. Each technician, doctor and office staff member at Eye Associates was invaluable! The staff at the surgery center was equally incredible and efficient. Last, but certainly not least, was Graham who offered my dad friendly and efficient service in his eye glass replacement process. Thank you all for a job well-done from a family of future patients."
"If someone is physically in the office? Roll the phones over. Be accessible. You work with a large community of people, some of them elderly. Some of those folks need to be on the road early in order to be at your facility on time, and yet…in foul weather, there is no way to confirm that your going to be open for business. Not everything needs to be automated. In a service related industry, being present and available is important, and it’s incredibly frustrating to attempt to reach out (many times), only to be met with a voice mail system (and all options lead to a dead end). There’s no way to confirm you’re open. You received 2 stars because you were in fact, open…but your staff had clearly been there for some time, and after driving for almost an hour, in foul weather, and trying to call? Beyond irritating. The solution seems clear - Roll the phones over, or update the voicemail system with a weather status. You’re customers come to you because they appreciate the level of service you provide. Don’t drop the ball with the simple stuff…and please, don’t apologize for my experience. Just fix the problem and improve the quality of service for everyone involved."
"My wife waited approximately 3 months for this appointment. Arriving for her appointment she was told a mask was required and that she had been informed of this requirement. A common theme of other reviews my wife experienced the same, receptionist was very rude said my wife would have to go find a mask but then would be past her appointment time and not be seen. Why would a professional office allow the first person a patient meets is rude? This sets a bad tone for the entire office. If mask are required the office should provide one. The mask thing and it's control has ran its course. Time to give it up. She will be going to another eye Dr and will have to wait another month to address her problem."
"I have been going to Eye Associates of Winchester for years now and could not be more grateful and satisfied for the outstanding care and professionalism. Dr. Graham Malone has always handled my optical needs and is honest, personable, pleasant and professional. And Dr.s Eisele and McLaughlin have resolved every issue I have had and I have had quite a few. My eye sight has actually improved with their astonishing care and concern for me and my vision. I am so thankful I came to them. I believe this is the best place you can go for your optical care period."
"I've been here twice and both times I have received excellent care. I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and was able to get in before my yearly check up. They took care of everything including my insurance. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything in terms that I would understand. My prescription changed just slightly and they recommended that I wait for another month to get my new glasses so my vision insurance would cover more than my medical."
