I didn't want to do allergy back patch testing but they convinced me after a few minutes saying that I wouldn't have to pay for nurse visits and only on the last visit that I saw the Dr for the results, but a month later I'm getting billed several times for the nurse visits. I will never go back to this allergy practice. I do not recommend it. They also make you wait a very long time to be seen even when you're early for your appointment. Update from response: I have spoken to the office manager before my review."
"Practice refused to care for my son. Even after discussing with our ER dr and our pediatrician sent a referral over to them saying he needed to be tested. "Your son's throat didn't close up, so he doesn't need to be tested." Stay away from this practice. Go anywhere else in NOVA for proper allergy care. I got help and a diagnosis instantly when searching outside of this practice."
"I recently had to take my 16 month old to be allergy tested. The front desk staff was able to worked me in quickly and was very professional. Was able to fill out the New patient paperwork on their portal and it attached to the chart at the office so that was one less thing I had to remember. The nursing staff was very Patient with my daughter and explain the process of skin testing to me. The nurse also showed my daughter the skin test device and showed her how it worked on me. Dr. Williams was amazing at walking me through the test results as well as discussing what the issue was. I would definitely recommend Allergy partners to all my friends and family."
