"I was a student at this so called summercamp and they kept switching up our classes and the activities they said was going to do but we didn't until someone spoke with them and on my first they only fed us one Graham cracker for snack so I started bringing my own snack and like 2 weeks one of the teachers said I couldn't bring but the owner said I could and the teacher that said it we couldn't because the other children were going to ask and next thing I know the teacher come in there with some chips and everybody asks for them now I don't understand why I couldn't eat them."
"This daycare is very unprofessional, unorganized. Pure at heart does not live up to their name. The staff is unorganized, not on one accord, the director/owner lies. They put leashes on kids as they say have behavioral problems. They give the children one Gram cracker for snack and won’t allow the children to bring snacks but the children have been bringing snacks and eating their snacks. They teachers are cursing in front of the children. I highly suggest you do not take your children here."
"Kids 24 months and younger are in a great classroom with teachers that actually care and try to teach them things. Age 2 and up the workers don’t care and have even left the children multiple of different times on the changing tables and just walks away. This week the owner has left town and has shut down half of the daycare leaving parents without a way for their children to be watched while they are at work. The are wishy washey and always going back and forth on everything, I do not recommend enrolling your child into this daycare at all and if you have your child enrolled already I stronger urge you to unenroll them asap and find another daycare that will treat your child the way they should be treated. I legit tryed to work there and quit with a no call no show on my third day because of how bad it was there"
"I am honestly livid at this establishment. I spoke to someone last week and explained to them that my son participated in ABA therapy and he is not diagnosed with anything yet but we are thinking he may have a low level autism case. His only issue is that his speech is delayed he requires NO special accommodations. I asked this center if his therapist would be able to come in and work with him a few times a week a few hours and the lady I spoke to said no problem. However I wasted my time, woke up early and went to this center at 8 am to have the "director" or whoever say no no idk why they would say that. Like what? It was literally night and day. She literally said " we don't accept Kia with autism" umm what?? I am so disgusted with the discrimination my son has faced with the centers in this area. I'm wondering if they realize it's actually illegal to discriminate against ppl with special needs when they do not require major accommodations. So at this point I have spoken to a lawyer and I'm looking into filing a class action law suit against several of the areas centers. Shame on all of you."
"I’ve been bringing my son here for about 2 years now and we LOVE it here. The staff is always so kind and you can tell they actually love children. My son is special needs, and they react and handle things with him so wonderfully and professionally. Whenever there is an incident they alway let me know what’s happening and keep the open communication going that sets parents at ease when leaving their whole worlds in the care of others. I cannot recommend this center enough."
