"This practice has the worst receptionists. Now they don't pick up your calls at any time of day. Their automated system prompts you to leave a message but they never return your call. Fired those receptionists and hire someone who wants to work. They are mean and hate what they do. We, sick people, don't need their attitude."
"The dr is great!! The scheduling staff and whomever relays prescription info can kick rocks for all I care. Absolutely horrific experience and was lied to about the situation as well. I called the office manager and left a message to talk about what happened and was ignored by them as well. It’s up to you to form your own opinion obviously, but I really am conflicted because I really like the dr and at the same time really don’t deserve being lied to and berated by office staff."
"My husband has covid and we had to call three or four times to speak with Ashley. Once we finally were able to reach her to ask if we can get an antiviral due to my husbands coughing, congestion and WHEEZING she said that they could not give him a script due to "not being a patient". My husband within the year went in for shots and they had no problem taking our insurance money for that, but can't help us with this? Wow. Since my husband saw a nurse the last few times he is not considered a patient now and they want us to go to the ER. Would not recommend."
"I tried to make a sick appointment because I was experiencing flu like symptoms and wanted to rule out Covid. They refused to see me for at least a week because I was considered a "New Patient" since I had not been to the office in the past three years (while I was away at college). They did not care that I had a fever of 101.6 or that I had gone to that office since I was 10 years old.. I do not recommend going here since they've displayed they do not care about the health of their life long patients."
"I have had nothing but issues with the Rutherford Crossing location. From not sending in my prescription or not sending my mammogram order to rude front desk behavior....but here's the cherry on the sundae. I went there for my annual pap smear visit. That was the only thing done nothing else as I have a regular family dr. I went to Rutherford Crossing because they did the last one amd is like 5 min from my house. I got a bill for over $126.00. Should have been covered since it's my annual pap and was not because they coded it as a physical not a pap. I spoke with the rude coordinator at the main office who tried to talk over me and explained a pap smear is not a physical. She said that's how they code them all and nothing was going to be done about it. Well..I filed a complaint with my insurance company. They agreed that this should not have been filed under a physical. Now they are dealing with it. What a mess and why? Why code it that way when you knew it was a pap smear...looks like potential insurance fraud on their part."
