"Called to get meds refilled and left a message. Never got a response. Went through withdrawal for a week. At my next appointment my psychiatrist tried to put me back on the same chemicals that was not working for me and I had to detox my self from. I told her I was feeling better using more natural medications. All they do is try and push pills that don’t help. Avoid this place. This was the location on prosperity drive"
"DO NOT USE THESE IMPOSTERS!!!!!!!!!! This is hands down the most incompetent, harassing, pill pushing, no credential having farce to ever collect government funding to completely destroy those in need. Fully homeless and told it is not a crisis. Approved for case management 3 months ago but no case manager or work to date. Set up for a doctor's appointment to be met by a nurse practitioner instead who claimed to be the psychiatric medicine provider. Told her I need help not drugs and she literally said, "that's not what we do here" She is not qualified to even write psychiatric scripts. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!"
"I had a mental health crisis and ended up in WMC emergency room. Spoke to a counselor twice during that day and was billed $1066 dollars for this despite having good insurance. I did not ask for their services and was not told at any time that my insurance would not cover it. My current therapist is familiar with NCS's practices told me that what they are is doing is illegal, so I called them three or four times to dispute the bill. No one answered and I left messages each time with contact information. NCS has not called back and continues to send me bills. They are either inept, unprofessional, or unethical. If NCS takes issue with this review I encourage them to contact me."
"Terrible service. My case manager was constantly changing. I felt like all they cared about was their promotions and themselves. My current psychiatrist is new, trying her best, but she is not preventative. I’d say the only saving grace is Dr. Pandit. In the short time we had together she was able to heal my relationship with dating narcissists."
"I had been seeing someone here for awhile, and thought I was doing better. My psychiatrist agreed and weaned me off of all of my meds, and told me that she'd keep my case open just for refills if I decided I needed them. I called and they finally got back to me and told me that my case had been CLOSED and that they couldn't do refills, so if I needed it, I'd have to come in on Tuesdays or Wednesdays from 8:30 to 9:30. Nice to know that you don't care about your patients. You're going to cause someone to commit suicide. And yet you people think you're helping people. Yeah, right."
