"Took my 7 yo son in and the staff was very nice and patient. We got there at opening so cannot speak on extended wait time but I would say it is probably normal for an urgent care."

"Doctor is NOT concerned for your well being. He lied on my paperwork saying my iud string is present BUT IT HAS NEVER BEEN PRESENT FOR YEARS lol. Then went to gynecologist a day later and string is NOT present. So that tells you right there they aren’t being truthful. What else is he lying about or trying to get over on? The doctor at urgent care said they did a Pap smear but never did, they did something else. Overall he’s jus there to get his check. I would only go here for a mild cold and maybe a physical/drug screening. I would give 0 stars but I wanted to leave a review."

"They only got one star because I couldn't give them 0 and still leave a review. Dr. was absolutely useless. Went in with stomach pains that I have had for over two weeks every time I eat. First he asked about my gallbladder but, I told him I have had that removed. Then he said he had a bunch of people in today with the same symptoms and just told me to eat a BRAT diet. No exam. No checking to see if there were any tender spots in my abdomen. Nothing. Didn't spend more then three minutes with any patient while I was there. I know because I waited almost 45 minutes and listened and timed him going from room to room. Just collecting that paycheck. NOT practicing medicine."

"I arrived 15 minutes before open to try to be first in line. They had no explanation around a late opening but I had to sit in the parking lot until 20 minutes passed open with 4 other groups. After seeing the doctor, he was clearly rushed and had decided my diagnosis before I even got to explain my symptoms. When I tried to give more context it was brushed off. I didn't feel heard here and felt like they just needed to get me out instead of resolving my actual issue."
