"Hi, my son and daughter have been going here for about 8ish months. My son is 4 and is in the preschool class and my daughter is 10 months in the infant class. I love this place. I toured and called and emailed several places. There were a few really nice ones, but super expensive. There was just one I found in Hampton that was way cheaper but was a actually terrifying in my opinion. We also went to first discovery but their prices are very high. When I first came across beginnings academy, I thought the area it was in was kinda bad, so I was put off at first. But when I got inside I really enjoyed the staff and all the classrooms are really nice. My sons teacher is amazing and he loves her. My daughter has had a few different teachers but all of them have been really nice. They have done a good job at making me feel safe dropping my children off and it seems everyone loves my kids, which is a bonus. My son tells me he really likes going there and he has friends and he has learned so much. My daughter is 10 months but she never cries when I drop her off and she always seems really well taken care of. They give you a list of her day and when she ate and slept and how many diapers shes had. Cons: the cons arent big or that important but just a convenience thing. They dont take credit card or debit card, so you have to do a money order every week which is kind of inconvenient. Also, they dont have a good communication system. I wish they would use Facebook or something to at least post updates, events, or important information on the site. They dont use an app you can check into and they dont have a website or anything. However you can call and check in and they'll let you know what's going on. We do pay $310 a week for both kids."
