"I am extremely saddened with my experience at this establishment. I am new to the area and this is literally the only convenient store in walking distance from me which is why I even came here in the first place. For some odd reason the store manager has a weird problem with me & I don’t even know the lady. I came in to pick up some items, you know just simply shopping reading the labels on the foods I choose to buy.. she approaches me in a hostile disrespectful manner forcing me to checkout because I’ve been in the store live enough? Has this woman lost her mind?? She snatched items out of my hand at the checkout like am refused to service me, told me to get out and called the police for literally no reason at all. I honestly do not understand what her motive was because I wasn’t doing anything wrong. It’s extremely concerning and distasteful as a customer to not feel welcomed and safe by the associates at a company not to mention the store manager.. Miss N Evans.. I hope you get through whatever it is that caused you to act in that way towards me. Family dollar do better at who you choose to represent your company because this is sad."

"The girl in there named Marie I guess she’s a manager she treats people like they’re criminals. Not only are they never stocked but she follows you and grills you instead of saying have a nice day and glance at you she stares you down like you’re a criminal. I don’t know if it’s because I’m black or what the problem is but her customer service skills are HORRIBLE."
