"First and foremost, I am a veteran that appreciates having a hospital, taking care of strictly veterans and their families. I have Saved on healthcare, and at one point a time that they save my life will operation. So I wanna make sure I get credit credit credit is dude. However, they time on which their workers take care of the patients is extremely slow and negligent. Came in at 4 PM just to see what type of sickness I had, and when I got my diagnosis, I still had to wait an extra two hours just to get my meds and that is ridiculous. I was literally having all types of pains, and I just wanted to get to bed but I couldn’t because I still had to wait for A simple paper. letting me know about the medicines I’m taking. Now I get they may be understaffed and overworked, and if that is case , then I do apologize. However, there needs to be some changes to Procedures, when it comes to taking care of In appropriate wait time, because, although I was at a Hospital, anything could’ve happened Going through what I was going through."

"This post is an update After my last rant it’s come to my attention that changes In the customer service department has been made and that’s good because these veterans have health issues from service and we deserve a fair experience we do not ask for much. I can not speak much on the personal health care providers mostly because I found a more effective service from there night time staff in the ER department. Yes this is true I’m not sure if it’s the people or the fact that it’s not to many patients at night but my last few visits I made sure to show up and get my treatment from the night shift they haven’t let me down yet so I feel good to trust them in the future. Can the va improve yes I believe so but that depends on the culture and that starts at the top for myself I would hope they have every intent on veterans better interest and not something nefarious due to it being free healthcare. Hopefully things will improve if they haven’t already but I can say with confidence the night shift ER is my go to for issues"

"VA outpatient community care is the WORST, most unprofessional, and abusive department at the VA. I’ve had a mental health referral given by the crisis center in Oct 23, and community care was supposed to put me with a provider. Except they haven’t and my attempt in coordinating with them has been massively triggering and abusive. They have a female named ms Stallin that claims she is a supervisor and abuses her position of power by being rude, refuses to help me (or even let me finish a sentence), makes unnecessary snide comments and remarks, gaslights me and even just hangs up. Her voice is happy and proud while insulting and mocking me - taking pleasure in humiliating me when I ask for help in getting assigned a provider. I also have 7 referrals that are a month old for debilitating conditions that still are not proceed - when I attempt to inquire if they have received them (I’m not even asking if they have been processed- just received…so at least I know they begin the unprecedented snail of a process which should be medical malpractice) - she gaslights me and hangs up. VA does not care for their vets- it’s terribly managed with toxic representatives and leaders."

"They will create every barrier to healthcare possible to not serve their veterans. Veterans with cancer have died in the care of VA facilities for making their chemo appointment 4 months out. So neglectful! I’m now in the process of moving states to receive better healthcare because paying $4k+ for therapy when it’s supposed to be free is INSANE! MOST DISABLED VETS DO NOT WORK AND YOU ARE ROBBING THEM/US!"

"I was told that my pain medication was not refillable by the e.r. doctors. I was further told that I would have to wait until morning to get my medication refilled by a different doctor. The nurse was very rude, and huffy. The only bright spot were the understanding police officers who escorted me off the premises, when I checked in and out the second and third time. I will be making my fourth trip over there when they open in the morning. I only broke into tears a few dozen times at home."
