"BEWARE AND FIND A PLACE THAT CARES. Ive used this place as my primary obgyn for 10 years. This place used to be phenomenal, especially for pregnancy. Things have definitely changed. Instead of showing any type of regard for general gynecological care you will not get results at all. God forbid you have fibroids or question pcos or missing mentrals with no possibility of pregnancy because they will tell you to read a book if you request hormone testing. This place is a joke please find a different place that will care for you and your baby."
"Dr. Nelson and Dr. Lane are simply amazing. I won’t see anyone else. Dr. Pierce is horrible, rude, he blames everything on mental health. He tried telling me that my 171 heart rate was because I was anxious. It wasn’t, I was actually have a heart problem and my son’s heart rate was dropping as mine was rising. Dr. Mericcini is neglectful, she completely dismissed my high blood pressure because my appointments with her were at 8am and I just woke up so my blood pressure wasn’t high at that moment. She also said that my headaches that wouldn’t go away with medication were not a big deal at all. One day she wasn’t there and i met with Dr. Nelson and he referred me to neurology and turns out something was actually wrong. He also moved my appointments to the afternoon and saw that my blood pressure was constantly high and my heart rate was extremely high as well which led to me needing to have my son early. I love the nurses and Dr. Nelson and Dr. Lane. That’s the only reason this place gets five stars."
"I've been a patient here for almost 30 years. Yes. You may have a bit of a wait like most dr offices. But I've never had a bad experience. Every dr or nurse I've encountered have been genuine, patient and respectful towards me. My latest visit was just yesterday when I was having difficulty with Caremark (my prescription coverage) in getting my prescription sent out in a timely manner. The head nurse (Kim or Karen? ) took me into her office on her lunch hour and helped me so much!! She ended up sending my prescription to a local pharmacy that not only gave me personalized service but cut my costs in half!! She is my angel! And Dr Lane was also very thorough and caring. He took the time to answer all of my questions."
"If you are pregnant, make this your last resort for care... some of the doctors are really nice and efficient, but everything else is terrible to deal with. You have to switch providers for them to actually care enough to help you. - Got left in a room for 45 minutes for my first visit. When I asked about a concern I had, the doctor shrugged her shoulders and said "hmm... could just be stretching skin? Im not sure" And left it at that. - Billing has barely been right since my 2nd month there. Yes, I had a change in insurance, but every time I went in, it was a different story with the bill due. - One of the lab technicians gave me a double dose of the glucose mixture during my 1 hour visit and lied straight to my face about doing it. Claiming she "had been there 15 years and knew she wouldn't make that mistake" (My sugars wouldn't have been nearly the exact same if the doses were correct) - After my 3 hour glucose test, she left me with little instructions on how to monitor gestational diabetes. Essentially she left me with a book and a chart and had me figure it out on my own. Not to mention, the book she provided gives instructions on how to check your fasting sugars and the office procedures didn't match this instruction that they send you home with"
"My doctor is fantastic and he’s the only reason I’m giving at least two stars. My biggest complaint is that every appointment I have been scheduled for, I am sitting in the waiting room for at least an hour before being seen. It’s extremely frustrating to clear off a 3-4 hour portion of my day because the office consistently runs behind on seeing patients. This needs to be addressed by management as it’s extremely inconvenient to patients who are having to take off work to come to appointments that take maybe 20 minutes at absolute most."
