"Very friendly front desk personnel! When they take you back, the person who calls your name and takes you to room, speaks clearly, and is very professional and friendly. Free snack and drink are provided, if needed. Short wait time and given clear instructions. The robes you wear before imaging are heated and so warm and comfy! There's a locker to lock your belongings in during screening. Also was given clear instructions in what to expect after imaging appointment. Excellent facility and care with top notch staff!"

"This facility seems to have a problem with organizing their schedule, adequate staffing and empathy for their patients. I watched as three separate patients were told that the office had "tried to call to tell you that your appointment was rescheduled " and it actually angered me to see elderly patients struggling to understand what was wrong as they were made to feel as if it were their fault that the office was so disorganized. Some were told they had billing issues at the last minute. Others that technicians had called out and thus, they couldn't be seen. There was a lack of compassion for both their time and their needs and then lo and behold, my mother was also unable to receive her scheduled procedure despite my mother calling and clarifying everything yesterday. This is not the first time this has happened. In fact, it was the second time my mother was unable to have an MRI as scheduled due to the incompetence of this facility. I also must mention that the bathroom in this facility was very dirty and frankly, it seems like no one cares about maintaining standards of care and cleanliness at all. I sincerely hope that this facility gets better staff and a new administrator because as someone who worked in healthcare for years, I found the whole office to be an embarrassment. People deserve good care and just because someone is elderly does not mean you get to waste their time. They deserve respect and clear communication, clean surroundings and competent staff. Based on the reviews listed for this facility, consistency is a major problem and I hope they address it."
"The staff if pleasant once you finally get into the door. Scans are read quickly. But no common sense when making appointments and not a care. They want to book a patient out 2-3 weeks for kidney stones. Either the patient will end up in the ER or pass them, leaving nothing to scan for!"
"I'm going to try to keep this brief. Whoever coordinates the scheduling for Medical Imaging are not one quarter, not one half but they are complete morons. My first experience, my physician ordered a CT scan and the earliest appointment was in 3 weeks. A couple of days before the scheduled appointment, I received a call stating that the wrong CT had been scheduled so I would have to re-schedule another 3 weeks in the future. I canceled and went elsewhere. The second experience, my physician ordered a MRI of the head and neck. The earliest time slot they had was in 2.5 weeks. So I show up to the appointment, go through the check in process, I finally get taken back towards the MRI, answer a few more questions before the young lady asks, "so you're getting a MRI of your head?". No, I retort, it's of my head and neck. She replied, "yes your doctor ordered an MRI of your head and neck but you were only scheduled for the head part tonight". WHAT!!!!! I was livid. It took every morsel of my being to restrain myself. I'll be getting the MRI of both head and neck done at the other place where I previously ended up, because they seem to operate with a basic level of common sense."
