"Zoe(night shift) Maggie(another night shift)and tiana(day shift) were my favorite. They were the only ones that actually made me feel the slightest bit comfortable. The other staff were rude. Unhelpful. At least in my experience with some of them. They didn’t keep up with group much either and if we had group it was *go to the classroom listen to music and color* pretty much it. But I for sure miss Zoe, tiana, and maggie. As well as a couple of the little kiddos that were there. I wish the best for everyone and I appreciate everyone who did help me out!"

"Entire office including waiting area is filthy! The doctors office was a mess, and there was distracting construction going on during our visit. I felt like the doctors didnt listen to my childs need. We are transfering back to UVA!"

"I just spent a week here. Not the best. Very unsanitary, not to mention they don't have any of their stuff together. There is only one decent doctor there, and that's the nightshift doctor. The only one that understands the kids and isn't mean or nasty. Most of the staff doesn't understand what these kids need at all, they're mean and rude to the kids. Overall this place is just not a nice place. I could say more but I think I've said enough. Also, get rid of the restraints. Talk to the kids."
