UVA Health Battle Building

"Some of the doctors and nurses are amazing especially my delivery nurse Amaya but my overall experience with prenatal and postnatal care doesn't come close to my experience with Martha Jefferson . If my insurance hadn't of changed I wouldn't have ever chose UVA definitely do not recommend if you have a choice."

"My wife and i frequent the battle building as they had kidney failure in their youth. However, I cant say entering the office is exactly easy to do. The problem being the 7 foot tall knight guarding the entrance. Upon approaching the doorway the large, armor clad, man questioned us and asked if our "quest was noble and honors the lord our god." I didn't know how to respond and politely asked to be let aside as my wife was ill with ferver. The shining man of holy prosperity drew his sword and proclaimed, "The health of the damned is of no concern to me, proclaim you're god and let us discover who is of a more noble house, then and only then will I let you pass." He proceeded to then continue to taunt me and my house for being a "Godless haven of unwashed mules." At this point I had had enough of such relentless mockery and thusly took my magic orb from its leather pouch and gained a stance indicative of my willingness to battle. In but a blink of an eye, the towering figure before me transformed into the most godless of creatures among them, a common mule. Now damned to a life of hay and burden the former nobleman rescinded from my gaze and moved aside to allow us passage. Great people and service 10/10"

"I am only giving 2 stars because the doctor and nurses were nice. There was a lady that checked us out at the checkout desk after my son’s surgery. My son was crying and she proceeded to say, “ I cannot believe you could put your son through that kind of pain as a mom” this was absolutely disrespectful and I actually left the building in tears. I am highly disappointed with this behavior and truthfully think she needs to find a job else where and mind her business…"

This is my second pregnancy and all the doctors and nurses here are so nice, very professional and always make me feel welcome and eager to come back again! Another great thing about this place, they're fast, efficient and very to the point while also being charasmatic and friendly staffed!!!"
