I proceed to tell her that I am only asking one question. She kept been extremely rude which I walked away."

"I have used HR Block for about 15yrs now. This time around they lost my documents and couldn’t care less to look for them or figure out what went wrong. Spoke with “management” and they couldn’t care less either. Will never use HR Block again. Told them I wouldn’t use them again….response? “Ok, bye…”"

"I started my taxes and left my paperwork with the HR Block associate in late March. I followed up in early April regarding the status of my taxes and was asked on 10 April to confirm information already in their possession. I asked multiple times if my taxes would be ready in time but did not receive a response until I returned to Norfolk in mid-April when I tried to call the branch and was referred to a broken number. I needed to follow up with the HR Block national number who referred me to a site that was operational. The support i received from that time on was very good."

"Customer service was definitely A 1. I dropped off my tax information on a weekend. Saturday to be exact. And on Sunday I was able to come back to the office and sign my signature and secure my payment for the tax preparer service all in under thirty minutes. Wow !!!! My tax preparer was very knowledgeable and friendly.."
