"Will definitely not be going to H&R Block ever again. It cost over $500 to file our taxes because of Uber and Lyft being "self employed" so on top of the "Family Plan for $169" H&R block takes $100 and then $80 for it. Plus they take a fee for each credit you get. Not to mention NONE of this was explained beforehand, only after when it was too late. Come to find out they are paid commission, surprise! Of course they wouldn't mention that until the end. Getting the taxes done was fine, but EXTREMELY unhappy with not being told about the extremely overpriced fees. Would have absolutely went elsewhere or just filed at home."
