"I cannot reccomend this place for any car audio work. They may perform better in other areas. I don’t write this review out of frustration, as this occurred weeks ago and I choose to be careful about a negative review. After purchasing speakers some time back, maybe 2 years prior and getting them installed, my stereo suddenly came up with a miswiring error and I eventually took it back this shop to have them diagnose. Wasn’t looking for free work or anything or even saying it was because of their prior work, but it was very clear that they took it that way. After they ripped half my car apart with less skill or care than I could’ve done (this is why I brought it to a pro) - I asked him to put it back together because I didn’t care for the attitude or demeanor. He also told me it was probably let my JVC deck, known for just going bad out of nowhere. Took it to Best Buy yesterday. In a half hour they immediately found a loose disconnected dangling speaker wire, replaced the crappy self tapping screws used to mount the speakers the first time, re-wired my microphone, adjusted all connections and tweaked my eq to where it sounded 10x better than when the same speakers were first installed. Like I said, maybe they do something else better, but I just didn’t understand the attitude and defensive position. If your work screws up, the first question should be “what’s going on” not “I didn’t do it” ... maybe just go here for sweet eagle cutouts of sheet metal."
