"Update: Project plumbing does okay plumbing work but incredibly difficult to work with if something goes wrong. I paid $450 to "rebuild" my shower. Invoice said it was tested and working. On my very first use, the handle broke. I had to call no less than 10 times. Left at least 5 voicemails and got no call back. Eventually they told me that I should buy the new part (that's what I would pay the plumber to do), which was incredibly difficult to find. Called a couple more times and left more voicemails and they never returned my calls. I finally fixed the shower handle myself and then realized that the shower doesn't even work properly (you can spin the handle both left or right to turn on water), apparently that had been "tested" as well. Didn't even bother calling about that. They got their money and never seemed to care that the shower they supposedly fixed didn't work. Won't be using again. Original Review: Lifesavers! My kitchen sink was leaking behind the wall in my utility room. Project plumbing came out on one days notice, cut in to my wall and fixed the issue. I had another plumber out the day before and he said it was going to take a week to fix! Thanks to project plumbing, will be my plumber for as long as I'm in Richmond."

"My first experience with Project Plumbing could not have been better. From my initial call to the office, the team was polite and clear about appointments. I was able to make an appointment quickly that was flexible for my schedule. I was told I'd receive a call when the plumber was on his way. The morning of my appointment, I received the call about -15-20 mins ahead of when Virgil would arrive - super helpful! Virgil arrived and introduced himself - let me describe my problem/questions and let me know exactly what he would do and even made a few suggestions to help improve the finished product - very thoughtful! He worked quickly and let me know as soon as he was done. We reviewed his work and he quickly and easily took payment. Virgil was kind, professional, conversational, and was super responsive to my additional plumbing questions. He gave great advice and advised me on a few improvements for other concerns. I thought the pricing was reasonable for the work done and I feel confident in the quality. Virgil seems like a very transparent, trustworthy, quality plumber who we wont hesitant to call again."

They were able to get up inside the crawlspace (dark and scary) and found the pin-hole leak causing all the issues.
