"The techs were friendly and informative. They took the time to explain the problem with my desktop and completed the repairs in a timely manner. Most importantly, I brought in my laptop afterwards and they gave me an honest assessment telling me that because of the type of laptop I had, that putting in a new hard drive wouldn't make it any faster and that it was doing the best it could under the circumstances and to just use it until I decided to buy a new one. I was impressed with their honesty and know now that if I need service in the future, that they will give me the best price and only sell me what I need."

"Around a year ago (forgot to write a review, whoops) I broke the screen of my laptop and took it to another repair place. During repair they damaged my laptop further, so I came here to have it diagnosed. Not only were they extremely fast, but they gave me a printout of their diagnosis to hand to the other repair place. They were also very upfront with everything, including the fact that they could fix my laptop, albeit at a very high price. While I didn’t get it repaired and the other place did not take responsibility for the damage, I am still extremely happy with the service I received here and wish I came here first. Seriously, if you have a problem and are within a half hour, just go here. They are very friendly, professional, and efficient!"
