"Dropped the Stella Ann Robalo 2120 off in March to get a new lift system installed on the original Mercury 225. They contacted me and said parts are not available but we will keep checking. I checked in every couple weeks. Ashley was very helpful and the parts became available the third week of August. They had to pull a 1996 saltwater motor off the boat. They contacted me to let me know that shop time was more than expected. I expected that to be the case. Repairs were completed 10 days after parts arrived. A lift relay went out in the mean time and Keith's covered the part for me. Nice folks and reasonable price for the amount of corrosion."

"I waited a while to post this review, but at best I can only rate Keith’s with 2 stars. The only reason it’s not 1 star is they are nice people. I had my boat with them for over 2 months. They said they were backlogged. Then once they did look at the boat and the engine code, they told me I needed a new ECU. They could not find one, so I did. It was $1,300 and when they replaced the unit it did not fix the problem. Then they said the new ECU was bad. I finally decided to pick the boat up and fix elsewhere. The final fix was a bad spark plug. A set of new plugs and it was fixed. I lost a lot of money and time on this."
