"I went to this trash shop to get several work done on my car back on March. They replaced my alternator and when I drove back home my car broke down. Come to find out they gave me a bad alternator. This made me miss two days of work. The manager said he would give me some money back for my inconvenience. They never did. Don’t go to this shop, go next door instead. They are horrible. Save yourself the time and money. Don’t go here."

"I went to Tuffy to fix my over heating car. The owner said he will take care of the car and i don’t have to worry about it and he will give a student discount. So, i left my car there a couple hours later he called and said he have to change the radiator and the tubes because they were busted. The next morning i went there to pick up my car; as soon as i walk in he carged me $800 and took me to the garage to show me that the car is still in the same condition and still doesn’t work. And he also charged me another $100 to put a stopleak and oil, just so i can drive it to home and get the engine cheak light on again. He Didnt change the tubes he just stick them back together i will include pictures."
