"Went to them because they had very good reviews. After my RUDE experience with them WOULDN'T RECCOMEND THEM AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!! Went to have some work done to bike was given A fair price, but they had to order the parts needed. Told me what the cost was going to be if they order parts and then I asked could I get my own parts they said yes. After ordering my parts myself and also discussed doing future work I wanted done. They asked me about the parts that I ordered making sure I ordered the correct product, double check with the place I ordered the parts from and confirm that they were correct. After telling them that the parts were correct. Then I was told to just my bike to the place I ordered the parts from to get the work done."

"Rude and don’t stand behind their work or appointments! Had a front tire mounted and balanced on my cruiser, not only did they charge me $70 to mount and balance one tire then when the tire was not balanced properly instead of rebalancing the tire I was told “we are busy you’ll have to drop it off and I’ll try to look at it sometime this week but it’s most likely something wrong with your tire” like what? You couldn’t tell something was wrong with a tire before putting it back on my bike and now I have to wait another week for you to “look” at it.. ALSO had another appointment set for 3 weeks to have a gasket done on my other bike and the day before the appointment I called to see about dropping it off so the work could be done and I was told I could “leave it outside in the rain” or reschedule another couple weeks cause they don’t have room for it. And when I expressed the fact that I’ve been waiting 3 weeks and really needed the work done I was told “get in line, everybody has to wait to get their work done” I’ve already been in line waiting 3 weeks... they are rude over the phone and don’t care about customer service or professionalism at all and they don’t stand behind their work or appointments. I will never do business here again and I suggest you look elsewhere as well..."
