"My toilet clogged the Saturday before Christmas. I had called another plumber by google search who stated “due to the holiday, staff is limited and you will get a call if someone becomes available.” I then contacted Mr Rooter after another google search, and was told “I can absolutely get someone out to you in an hour.” He was at our house in 45 minutes! The price was more expensive than “ the other guys”, but maybe this is why! We did get a nurse/educator discount which knocked off $40! We will definitely call them again if needed."
"We had a backed up kitchen sink- although I appreciated they came out the same day and fixed the issue, the fee was outrageous. $420 to snake a sink drain?! The total visit was under 1 hour. I felt taken advantage of as they knew I needed the drain fixed. I won’t be calling them again due to their high prices."
"Evan and Paul came to diagnose our issue noticed rust build up with in the pipe reducing the diameter and causing the water to back up. They did a great job cleaning the pipe out and attached several pictures with receipt that really helps put their work into perspective. Very helpful and highly recommended!"

"We were in a desperate situation. Our septic grinder pump went bad and to make the situation worse my wife is in a wheelchair with a busted leg. They came out on a Saturday to help us out but no one was open at that time to get a new pump. They came back early Monday morning and installed the new pump. Great people!! I will be using Mr Rooter for my plumbing needs in the future!! I recommend this company. Very professional"
