"I have American home shield warranty and I've called in twice on my dryer. He's been amazing both times, and takes the time to educate us on how to get the best service from our equipment. The first issue required a replacement, and the second issue was very simple. He didn't make us feel dumb, and still took extra time to ensure quality service. He also does independent work aside from AHS, and I'd use him for that too if you don't have a home warranty."
