"If you do find yourself having no other option than to visit this emergency center, I would 100% suggest to avoid Dr. Warren Jones. PLEASE ask for another doctor if you find yourself under his care. He came into the room, spent 5 minutes talking over me, ignoring my symptoms, and talking down to me. I tried the hardest I could to advocate for myself, but my words were falling on deaf ears. I showed him where my pain was and he evaluated a completely different area. I visited my PCP the next day and a completely different diagnosis that was actually consistent with my symptoms was confirmed. I wasted $1,000 to be ignored. (The nurses and front desk were lovely, so the one star is mainly just for the blatant disrespect shown by Dr. Warren Jones to me as a patient)."

"Everyone was very nice from the moment we entered the building, including reception, nursing, x-Ray, and the physician. The facility was very clean as well. We would definitely come back here again. The staff that was on duty Thanksgiving evening was great and attentive."

"I went here seeking help for complex migraines. I was told every time I have stroke like symptoms to go no matter what so that’s what I did. Enter Dr Knotts. He ordered medicine before even conducting an exam or seeing me. When I said I didn’t want a medication he was prescribing he got highly upset and said “this is what I’m offering you take it or leave it”. I have a specific regiment from StFrancis from their neurologist that works that she said to use from now on that he blatantly ignored. I have never felt so small. I know I have a chronic condition and I’m doing everything in my power to control it. But even my headache specialist said each time I’m having a mini stroke when this happens so it needs to be taken seriously and it’s not. I loved Westchester but after this experience I will never go there again. You need more compassionate and caring doctors who listen to their patients. I didn’t even touch the half of what was said ."

"Dr Knotts is the most uncompassionate dr I have witnessed in the ER. My daughter has experimented the most debilitating hemiplegic complex migraines you can experience. So bad that St Francis Hospital admitted her. We had very compassionate neurological team members to help us. While waiting for a migraine specialist to have availability, we have had to resort to ER for meds that will stop the stroke like symptoms. This man told my daughter he wanted to kick her out due to repeated visits. Bald and mean doesn’t follow the hypocratic oath. Totally non- understanding or supportive wouldn’t listen or take Dr. Hamms card. What a horrible judgmental human."
