Ms Jackie did not stop looking until she found the chairs at a different location. Ms Jackie was not concerned about the commission she was more concerned about customer satisfaction. "I came in looking for a formal dining room after having the dining set in which my beloved father gave my mother before his passing. Even though I’m attached to the dining set and still will not part with it for nothing in the world… I want to make my home furnishings speak for me and not have parents style from 1990s as my own. I met Ms. Jackie since I was referred to her by two (2) of her previous clients as well as Ms. Wright who is also a longtime customer. They raved about her so I just knew I was in the right place. She helped me figure out the style in which I wanted my home to SHINE with. I realized that she truly cared when I made a change in the table last minute and she was able to call around and research for the complete set since it was not in stock. What touched me was when we were closing out and I was leaving Ms. Jackie gave me a personalized card that made my day. The card stated that she is always mindful of who comes first..: that just made my day because she put me 1st. That’s something that as a mother and wife who puts her own family before herself it makes us feel good to be thought about even by a stranger. It’s truly the little things that count and that just floored me to the point where I know this is my FOREVER STORE… because of the level of customer service I received."
