"United Air Temp has consistently provided excellent service, regardless of the issue at hand. My current service was a plumbing matter which was provided by Rudy. He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. He explained his survey process, the work required and explained why and what would happen if the work was not completed. He also cleaned up after himself! I am very pleased with UAT!"

"The manager Francisco always treats my concerns as if I’m bothering or inconveniencing him. I have an old system and can’t afford an upgrade right now. I had a technician come out and get our system up and working, but was told a part needed to be replaced. The part was ordered and while waiting for it to come in the system stopped working yet again. This time is was 20 degrees outside. I called to have someone come out again and hopefully get the system up and work like before since we still hadn’t gotten the the parts. It was after hours and The manager Franscios called back and rudely informed me there was no quick fix and that it was an no one could come out because it was late and other people needed their heat fixed as well. This phone call was very stressful and unnecessarily rude . I informed him that I have children in the house and 2 dogs. He said he could have someone out the next day and no one was available at this hour. I then made him aware that I was told his dispatchers work all night and ask why he didn’t offer me that option. He responds was well how late do you plan on being awake. I informed him as late as I needed to get my heat working. He ended our current call and promise to move some appointments around to get someone out to me within the hour.Had I not advocated for myself based on what a helpful employee at his company told me I would have been left in a cold house all night."

"Not happy with their service. They were sent by American home Shield to repair my leaking shower. The first technician came but did not have the part so I have to wait for a few days for the part to come. After a few days, the part was installed but the spout kept leaking. The same technician came back a few days after and found out that apparently a new cartridge need to be ordered . Their office scheduled an appointment for a new technician to install the cartridge. However, the technician did not show up and did not even call. I was so frustrated. I called American home Shield and requested a new company to fix what they did not. I expected them to do a good job because this is what they do, supposed to be. They failed me. They wasted my time. And my patience."

"Super! Very fast but thorough. .they assessed my sump pump that kept buzzing. Service was immediately scheduled, and they showed up at the beginning of the service window. He figured out the issue immediately . Fixed it, and then tested to make sure it was running properly. Excellent work!"

"SAVE YOURSELF!! Save yourself from getting absolutely scammed. They are so nice on the phone and in person - turns out they are either intentionally or negligently sabotaging you the whole time. I had previously written a glowing review of Jeremiah, Kevin and their Central Florida crew. Now 1000’s of dollars of repairs later (due to home damage from them bypassing my 2 emergency shut off floats and the poor installment of a drain pan), they have stopped responding - even after agreeing that they were at fault and offering to pay for the damages. SAVE YOUR SELF!!"
