They charged me for my laptop diagnoses and 4 days later they called me your laptop just needs a palm rest and after we order the part online, it takes 3-5 business days to deliver and two more days to work. Then a week later they called that it is not responding, we need to change the hard drive, then 3 days later they called we need to order new keyboard and new palm rest. 5 days passed I called them and they said we did everything to fix the issue, but your laptop motherboard has the issue.
