"Zafar came by yesterday and rescued my Maytag dryer in great form and fashion. Dude disassembled the bad boy, checked parts and movement, and found the cause of the noise it was making. As it has two wheels that turn the drum, one of them was in poor shape. Though its not a new model, dude checked inventory and had a replacement. I said 'Zafar, any chance you have another wheel?' He checked and he did, so I said let's replace them both. So, in addition to finding the issue, he greased and replaced both wheels reducing the chance of this happening again. He even cleaned areas that lint had gotten into, put it back together, tested it for smooth op and heat, and we're good to go. On point, reasonable prices and professional.
