"This vape shop has a good selection of juices BUT customer service is not a priority! When I come to buy something from your store, have the common courtesy to get off your phone long enough to provide good customer service, that’s is how you keep us coming back! The young man who stayed on his phone expecting me to conduct my business while he had his cell phone in is ear, next time, set the phone down and make the customer in front of you a PRIORITY! (And before haters start, I am in customer service, so I know what good service means)"

"I’ve been going here for years.. don’t let people fool you. These guys in here work their butts off by themselves 9/10 for the majority of the day. Super friendly & will cater to whatever you’re looking for."

"This place is terrible when it comes to customer service. The first guy they had working there was literally too stoned or messed up to function and would be sleeping behind the counter or on the counter.. they have since replaced him a month or two ago. The new guy locks the door during business hours to do whatever in the back or to talk on the phone visibly behind the counter while a line waits at the door... or they are not opened at posted hours."

"This place never is open on time. DO NOT GET HERE AT OPEN OR BEFORE CLOSE. No one will be there. Walked in the other day and the shop attendant ended up being in the back room for 5 minutes before coming out and serving me. The shop attendant doesn’t know anything about his products. Always has the tv on or is on his phone. Definitely not recommend to anyone."

"If they can't even stand by their own hours that they have posted literally right on the window of their store then I highly doubt they stand by their products. I wouldn't know for sure because I couldn't even get in the store even after they claimed to already be open for an hour"
