"I wish I could rate this store 20/5 but five stars doesn’t begin to cover how amazing the service was. I was just looking for a king sized box spring and Neil went above and beyond to make sure I was able walk away with the box spring for my home. And, to top it all off, I was with my parents who desperately needed a new mattress but hadn’t bought one for almost 20 years. Neil was extremely knowledgeable and walked them through this new sleep machine that helped them pick the right mattress for any issues that may impede a good night sleep. He was patient and walked us through the benefits of every mattress that would match up with both their needs and got them the absolute best deal on the mattress of their dreams. As the person who had been hearing my parents struggles with sleep (their old mattress was way too soft after all these years), it made me so happy to know that not only would they be getting a mattress that was better for their health, they would also be getting it delivered in 2 days!
